Manufacturing Process of Sapphire Tubes

    Our technicians grind both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) with diamond grinding tools. We maintain strict tolerances to ensure accurate dimensions, concentricity, and wall thickness.

  4. Fine Polishing
    We polish the tube step by step with graded diamond slurry. Our polishing process removes micro-scratches, improves transparency, and delivers a clear, smooth surface inside and outside the tube.

  5. Inspection and Testing
